- A - Yes you can change to your own domain name at any time. Just request a form via

- Q - Why do I have to use a Cname infront of my domain name for my mail
interface?
- A - Buy using a Cname it keeps your domain name available for extended use, such
as a website.
- Q - Will you provide local support in the central alabama area?
- A - We will provide local support from northern Birmingham to southerm
Montgomery Al area, however in most cases this won't be necessary. Special
exceptions my be taken for longer distances and larger acounts.
